So I started my performance, and then Destin told me I wasn’t actually in the frame. “It was really funny that on my very first day on set, it was my bedroom scene with Katy (Awkwafina). Destin was really great with me, he helped me to understand how the camera works,” she says. “It’s really different, and everyone helped me a lot.
